A: Yes, absolutely! At Dream Emerger, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for fakes. All our products—including makeup, skincare, and baby care—are 100% original and sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Our operations are primarily online to serve customers all over Bangladesh. However, our registered office is located at 1 M.C Roy Lane, Lalbagh, Dhaka.
Q: Which brands do you stock?
A: We stock over 300+ exclusive brands, including popular names like Wishcare, Kozicare, Glyco 6, Lipzlite, Fiera, and many more.

Q: Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
A: Yes, we deliver to all 64 districts in Bangladesh. Whether you are in a major city or a remote area, we will get your package to you.
Q: How long does delivery take?

1. Inside Dhaka: 2 to 4 working days.
2. Outside Dhaka: 3 to 7 working days.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery. Please call our hotline immediately if you wish to cancel.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Q: Can I return a product if I don't like the smell or texture?
A: Unfortunately, no. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for open or used beauty products unless they are defective or expired.
